I locked myself out of the online store? How do I order products?
Have you ordered products online in the past? If not, you’ll need to create an account. If you have ordered products before, be sure you are using the right username and password. You are only locked out for about an hour and then you can try again.
You may be trying to log into the Support Page which is in a different place on our site. The support page can be found if you hover over “About acne and skincare” then click on Virtual Clear Skin Support. This password is in the emails you received from us (titled Welcome, Weeks 1-2 etc.), not your password to order products. The reason this is password protected is because it’s exclusively for our clients only. You have VIP access to our “secret sauce”. If you have any questions please reply to our emails or call us.
