Office Etiquette

Punctuality

Please be considerate and arrive to your appointment on time. This ensures you get the full time needed for your service. If you are late, please know that your appointment may be shortened. We want you to get the best results from your time with us and receive your full treatment. We strive to stay on time so that you don’t have to wait, like other types of offices.

Missed Appointment/ No Show Policy

We require 24-hours notice to cancel your appointment. We offer email and text message reminders as a courtesy. Please confirm your appointment online with an email message or by text. You are required to keep track of your appointments. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hour notice you will be charged a $50 missed appointment fee. The same applies if you give no notice at all and miss your appt. We have other clients waiting for these appointments and can only rebook them if we have appropriate notice.  We understand that emergencies occur and will take that into account.

Kids

As much as we love children here, in order to get the maximum benefit from your time with us, it’s best to avoid bringing them to your appointment. We have a lot of information to go over and it’s easiest to take it all in with as little distraction as possible.

That being said, we have many teenage clients here using our program. And it is important to note that we find that we get the best from our teens when they are responsible for their skin. This is a great lesson in responsibility for them, but if they aren’t ready for that, this could prove to be a waste of time and money. We will still want the parents involved in the consultation so you everyone is on the same page as to what the program is all about. After that, it is up to the client to do the work.
