Allergic Reactions: In the event of an allergic reaction, you must notify us immediately via email at teri@atlantaacnespecialists.com or by phone at 404-900-5152. You are required to provide clear photos of the reaction. Upon review and discussion with our Acne Specialist, we will consider exchanging the product for one that suits your skin's needs.

Incorrect Orders: If you ordered a product incorrectly, you are responsible for returning the item at your own expense. The product must be returned in a sealed and unused condition.

Errors on Our Part: If the error is due to our mistake, we will provide a replacement product at no additional cost to you and will cover the shipping for returning the incorrect item. 

Please Note: All exchange requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. We reserve the right to refuse exchanges if the conditions outlined above are not met.
